KC Exteriors replaced 11 windows on our home with Andersen 100 Series windows. The new windows are great. We had several places where our siding was rotten around the old windows and KC Exteriors made sure to replace the siding to ensure a good install. We also asked for a more craftsman style of interior trim work around the windows and they did a fantastic job on that. If I had any concerns or questions, they made sure to take care of it. They stood by their work and made sure I was completely satisfied in the end. 

Bradford at KC Exterior was very helpful in providing replacement options and researching our need to add extra sound proofing to the windows because we live on a busy street with distracting traffic noise. They installed Anderson 100 series windows which were an affordable option and qualify as Energy Star windows. The work was started on the projected date and finished the next day. We love the look of the new windows and they easily open and self lock.The traffic noise and other outdoor noise distractions have been reduced by about half.

The work was done on time and looks great. We love the windows, and the workmen cleaned up after themselves completely. A minor issue on the exterior (end piece on one piece of trim not painted, and one piece too short) was not noticed for a couple weeks and they have promised to come back and fix it to our satisfaction.

I can’t say enough good things about them. They are very easy to work with especially with Bradford Blake who is the owner of the company. Whatever wonderful accolades I can think of that is what they represent. They are knowledgeable and extremely professional. They are on time. They are very reasonably priced. In May, I spent $5,000 and the total job was $10,000 for all the windows. They are perfect. I would absolutely use them again in the future if necessary.

The work went great. The guy was very nice.

They are okay. We haven't purchased the doors yet. They are very, very efficient, friendly and hard working people. The owner was by here every day, sometimes twice. They are very, very good.

They came out and measured my windows... showed some examples of some energy efficient windows they had, and how they could reduce my gas bill... They were the Cheapest windows I could find in Kansas City... Then they came out and had everything installed and looking good in just a few days. Excellent work, timely manner, would recommend to anyone. I have a 2 story, 100 old house, and my Gas bill was cut by about $75 a month...

At the end of September, Bradford Blake (owner of KC Window and Door) came to the house to give us an estimate on replacing seven (7) of our existing old wood windows with new "View Point" energy-efficient vinyl replacement windows. He told us it would take approximately 3 weeks for the windows to arrive and be installed. He wasn't kidding...the windows came in (early!) and within days his crew came out to install them. I can't say enough on how well we were pleased with the entire process! The windows are beautiful (and with the cold weather - have made a real difference!). The day of installation the crew was here on time, removed the existing windows and installed the new windows within hours! What a great job they did and upon leaving...cleaned the front yard of any and all debris. The next day, Bradford came to the house to inspect the job. After a few bad experiences with contractors this past year, it was a real pleasure working with KC Window and Door! The only problem we had was that one of the windows appeared to be slightly uneven. We called Bradford and he came back out to the house. He agreed something was not right and within a couple of days, Hans (the crew leader) came back out to correct the problem. Turned out it was not the window but the unevenness of the existing frame and although the problem had nothing to do with their installation...Hans fixed the problem and the window looked great! We loved this company so much that we can't wait till next year when we plan to replace the remaining windows in our home! If you are looking for nice windows, a fair price and a professional company that does what it says it will do (and are very nice!)...then you need to contact KC Window and Door!!
