Offered to sell me the house I leased, when I told them no and I would be moving at the end of the lease he said I owed 1100.00. my monthly payment was always on time and never short. Never deal with these people, if their sign is in the yard RUN the other way.

I got court papers in the mail about a week ago saying I didn't pay my rent (which I did, and on time) so I called them to let them know I did pay rent and my bank account shows that they had cashed my check. they wanted me to bring proof from the bank saying I did pay. when I took them the papers they tried telling me I was late paying my rent so I owed them a 220.00 late fee. I paid my rent on the 4th the same day my check was dated and they told me they didn't get it until the 12th. They do this all the time so they can get people to pay that extra 200 dollars. they have done this to us 3 times in the last 6 months. Also If you actually are a day late on your rent they will send someone that day to shut off your electric and water. They are absolutly horrible!!! Never rent or buy from these people!!
