Murray Richerson was my first exposure to this firm. From the onset he was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, fair and went above and beyond in my opinion. I made it known that I was obtaining bids from other firms and that did not change his level of service. Mr. Richerson was extremely helpful with my insurer, meeting with them, discussing the roof etc. He looked out for my interest. He took care in assisting me with product selection and answered all of my questions regardless of their level. From a bid standpoint they were very competitive. They also did not try to sell me things that I did not need. The experience with Mr. Richerson and MO Premium Roofing was 100% different than the other firms. He followed up with me, answered my questions, was patient while we went through the insurance claim process and assisted with same. The installation was flawless. The crew respectful, careful, efficient and of the highest quality. Mr. Richerson watched over the process, insuring that things were going as planned. I highly recommend Missouri Premium Roofing and Murray Richerson to anyone needing roofing work.

Recommendations for better underlayment, drip edge and ice barrier for longer lasting roof. Pricing was very competitive. Service overall was excellent. Actual installation was very good . Cleanup of debris was good.
Having had roof replacement in the past, this experience was much better than before insofar as ability to discuss and understand the work to be done.
