We have the skills and tools to make your home or business beautiful and festive for the Holidays. "As the owner of the company, I know every single one of our customers. I double checked with the St. Charles County Assessors website to make sure this was not a customer who had moved etc. We DO NOT and have never done any work for [Member Name Removed] or the address listed above. I imagine from the very first line, this is someone upset that has worked for me. We take pride in the fact we have a 95% customer retention and will always put our customers first. After he called my husband he stated that he would not be charging us and that he would not be removing the lights. He also said that bad reviews did not hurt him, as he was too busy to worry about customers that he did not treat well. So Angie's list do reviews really count? Do you read them?
"Unfortunately, the [Member name removed] were mistaken about what they had purchased last year and continued that confusion into this years install. I was accused of using used lights, when what was used is a black out cap that covers mini lights between areas you do not want lit. Several other accusations followed last year as well. I will always work to resolve any issues that a customer may have. We are not without making mistakes during our busiest time of the year and will work tirelessly to resolve those issues promptly. I can not and will not tolerate being insulted and told that I rip off customers. I installed their lighting, the email received made me realize that I will never be able to make the Gish's happy. I DID NOT CHARGE for the install, as that was a complaint of theirs, that I was ripping them off. Since no monies are being paid for install, I cannot in good conscience take down their lights for free as well. The money that they do not have to pay for install should be more than enough to cover the cost of paying a different individual for the take down. I truly wish i could make every customer happy, but after doing this for 14 years, occasionally, it is wise to part ways.
