Really well. The spray does not stink, pets are fine. Most importantly they discuss and show me where mouse poison is put, in dog proof containers out of dog's reach, so I know where it is. Bugs are dead. They don't overspray, so I get less stuff in the house than if I were doing it. They are knowledgeable about the different bugs and spiders. I have used them for a long time. They don't mind my messy house.

After spraying, we still had ants.  They said if the initial spray didn't take care of the ants, they would come out and re-spray for free.  Called on a Sunday and left a voicemail, specifically stating we needed re-spraying ASAP, because of ants in our daughters bedroom.  After several days of playing phone tag with them, we finally spoke and they said they'd need to check their schedule and call me back...haven't heard from them since.

I got the name of this company from my niece. They were punctual. I called them and next day they were out here. I used them twice a year.

They call to make sure it is a convenient time. They do a good job.

Overall, I think everything went very well. They are reasonably priced and do a good job. They are friendly and come when they say they will, so I would recommend them.

They completed the spraying while on the premises.

They are really thorough and responsive and do a really good job. I have little kids, and the stuff that they use is child-safe and friendly, which makes a big difference. If I have not called them, they will call me back to remind me of their services. Their price is pretty reasonable and about average; they are not too expensive. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I have used Brite Pest control for several years. Keith and his crew are professional, on time, and very courteous. They offer a guarantee and if there are pest issues they return to your house to retreat. I've only required a re-treat once after a substantial ran brought ants into the kitchen. They returned to my home at no charge and fixed the problem.

I had noticed a spider in the finished basement. I called and we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The service person came within 15 minutes of the appointment. I am a repeat customer. The service personnel who come to the home are always polite, neat and efficient. Also, I notice results right away.

This house was built a year ago, so their really hasn't been too many problems with any pests. Knock on wood, that we will keep it that way for a long time to come. I think their service is dependable and they are always friendly when they are here.

They always call to confirm time and are timely. I have used them for years and am always satisfied. They take extra trouble to put poison for mice well out of reach of pets and are knowledgeable about products they use. They are always courteous and clean. Highly recommended.

Brite Pest control has been our pest control service in our old house and our new one. I have been using this service for about 14 years. They call me 2 times a year to remind me to set up an appointment (which I do like - seems to coincide with the times I notice several spiders in the house)! In the old house they checked for termites. I appreciate having the same people who come in to spray.
