Becky was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable in her field and mentioned I inspired her. Wickma's has a great personnel and offer insightful advice. The consultation provided me with great ideas that I look forward to implementing in the spring.

Becky has provided wonderful advice to us on-site re: our landscape design; the first step in that process was to have five trees planted in June - the crew that did the planting were prompt, courteous and took a lot of care in seeing to it that the trees were properly planted and that we understood what we needed to do to care for them as they become established.  Very satisfied customer - while we likely paid more than we may have elsewhere, the quality at Wickman's is unmatched and the guarantee on the trees was an important component of our decision.

Then next spring comes and new flowers come up under the week block. Weeds grow through the weed block. The flowers that were missed from the year before pushed up the weed block and distorted the entire bed. We advised them in early march 2011 of the issue. Over several months we attempted to have issue resolved. No return calls, and they did not stand up to the job they did. Finally today the offer was the job had to be redone and they would do it at half price. Half price this year is the same cost that it was to do the job last year only this time there is more work involved. We will have to pay someone else to do the job right. Even if at this point they call to do the job right for free, I would not let them back on my property. This is just the bare bones of the situation and there are more details, none of which is favorable to the Wickmans place. From bad work, to scamming the elderly (my elderly parents), to point blank lies. They have the complete package. Stay away!!!!
