There was a two month waiting period, but we knew that in advance. The installers were effecient, friendly, and quick. They cleaned up the work area and left little evidence of the work. The only problem that we have had is that one of the windows needed a repair. After several attempts to get someone here, the installers fixed the window but said the whole window needed to be reset. We have been waiting nearly six months for someone to come and do this. The company does not answer the phone and does not return our messages. In the meantime, the window is hard to raise and lower and will not lock.

It went real well. They used a very high quality window compared to what we used to have. We are very happy with the job. They came out when promised, finished the job that day, cleaned up well, and were very polite throughout the entire process.
