The Dan Holt Team is quickly taking over the real estate markets as we have sold more homes than anyone in SW Missouri so far in 2017! We had a wonderful experience with everyone we worked with at the Dan Holt Team! Rebecca, Emily, Cyndi, Jen, Jessica, Monica and Dan were incredibly helpful in purchasing our very first home. They answered all of our (many) questions and there was a specialist for each step of the process! We put our house on the market last fall shortly before Thanksgiving and closed at the beginning of April. We interviewed three realtors and was most impressed with Dan (& Adam).They presented their team very professionally and had data to back their numbers. Dan was very upfront with us about pricing of our house, their marketing, and what to expect in the process.
Even though we listed before the holiday season started, we managed to have a steady stream of showings. In the end we had more than one offer at the same time which lead to the selling of our house.
If we need a realtor in the area again, I would definitely use the Dan Holt team!

We found Dan's name on Angies List and even though he had no grades listed as yet, we decided to call him thinking that if he was on Angies List he was probably at least average at his job.  We found him to be not only knowlegable of Springfield's real estate market, he was also very pleasant to work with.  He is honest and a man of his word. He promptly returned calls and followed up on the actions necessary for making this sale.  We met him on a Friday in August and the house sold within 6 weeks.  I would seek him out to help me if I were ever in the market for property in the Springfield, MO area.

Dan knows how to explore what you need, and take you to it. He also builds homes, and knows how to evaluate quality. He works as a partner in finding the right buy, and makes it pleasant to do the shopping. He is patient, and always ready to put in the extra work to get the best deal. This is the fourth time Dan has found a great buy and taken me too it.
