They have done well. We are a regular member for them. We have a yearly membership. They have had a lot of changes since we first got them, and we had a lot of problems with them, but things have become better. The price gets a little steep sometimes, but it is not too bad. I haven't done comparative pricing because we had a bad experience with somebody else in the past. The quality is pretty good. We had some trouble with responsiveness in the beginning but they seem to have made some changes. They always contact us in advance before they come out to do the regular checks and they work with our animals too.

They were supposed to bill me and I don’t have my bill yet.  At first, they tried to cancel our appointment and the technician never showed up.  When I called up, they told me that he was done for the day.  He came out later though.  Once he arrived, it was good.

The technician who came was great; he was nice, and professional. It was a different story with the main office. I would not recommend them to anybody. With the main office I have to pay them before they could do any work. After a few days I started getting bills and when I called them they tell me that they don’t have any records. Their pricing is pretty high too. It was $235 the first time they came out and it was $85 every 3 months. I would not use them again in the future.

They are okay.  I wouldn't give them a real high rating.  They try to do it on a monthly basis.  You sign up and then they come out.  I am not sure if it is monthly or every 3 months.  It was $39.00 the last time they came out.  On the whole, they were pretty good.  It wasn't real effective, especially with mouse issues.  You have to make sure that their employees are bonded and honest because we had one that wasn't that came out.  I would probably check out somebody else first before I used them in the future.

We have a service contract with them. They are great. They are consistent and get rid of the problems. Their prices are not that high; they are reasonable. If we see bugs after they have come out, they will come back out to spray for free. We will absolutely continue to use them.
