Warrantee expired service expired. Installation great first 2 service calls good within 5 year warrantee. 3rd call 10 years later they left me in the cold 3 days 18 degree weekend. Fri no heat said they wouldcall sat they did cant make it out will call monday they did said im to far away not comming ever. I Wasnt to far for install or 2 servicecalls durring warrantee. If they told me that on Friday i could have called someone else and not been left waiting in the cold!

Would use them again. Found that my system was low on freon. They found a leak and repaid. Prompt and professional.

Temp Control was there the next day and had it fixed promptly and have had no problems since. I hired them to replace my upper level AC in late summer 2010 and they did a great job. Showed up as promised and had the new system installed the same day. Very professional. I liked the fact they did a detailed system analysis before quoting and gave me several options. They are strong technically and I trust the analysis they performed.
