 + -1 moreWe have always been satisfied with the work product, pricing, and response time. They are well informed on many phases of home maintenance and dealing with tenant applications and issues that may come up with tenants. They handle all of the problems as the contact point for the tenants. We have used them for over a decade now and are pleased to make our recommendation. I wish I had photos to add. Just one where the hardwood was improved and painting project. I must add that the company uses professional contractors as needed. They are people they have confidence in and the rates have always been reasonable.
Description of Work: HVAC repairs, window replacement, general painting and clean up, installation of new dishwasher into a kitchen where there had not been one before, restoration of a bathroom floor that needed to be replaced due to water damage, installation of cabinet top, bathroom mirror, new cultured marble shower, and ceramic tile. Buffing and cleanup of hardwood flooring. Installation of light and ceiling fan/lighting fixture. Roof inspection, crawl space inspection, and any number of other issues pertaining to home maintenance. Installed vent fan for crawl space.

Description of Work: Douglas Anderson and his company were providing property management services for my house that I was renting out the tenants . They were finding tenants screening them charging them rent and if there were any maintenance problems they were taking care of all those problems
