I have used them several times and had good experiences each time. I didn’t have any complaints about them at all.

Their awesome, I have used them numerous times their wonderful.

1. They were pleasant to work with. 2. They cared about quality -- in the process of removing existing flooring, they uncovered poor work from remodeling by the previous owner, and repaired it. We would not have known the difference if they had not showed the defects to us. 3. They tried to confine the dust, and cleaned-up each day.

They told me that they would be here at 9 am. They were here on time, installed the door, including framework, caulking, and high security deadbolt built in. They were done by noon and did a beautiful job.

They were very professional and on time. Took them the whole day to remove and install the windows and they cleaned up after themselves. After the windows were installed, they showed me how to tilt them out and back in for cleaning purposes. I would use this company again.

Really nice guys that do a GREAT job. They have done numerous projects for me. I just call Rick at Superior and I know the job will be done right.

I was beyond amazed with their professionalism, how well the three men worked together, and how they cleaned up the area at each step of the job. Since the water damages were unknown, I was pleased to see how they inspected carefully for it and thankfully they found it only in the sub-flooring at the entrance of the foyer. They cut out the damaged sub-flooring and measured the area. They went to a local hardware store and got the materials needed and installed new sub flooring underneath the tile of the foyer without any damages to the tile. As one of the men was putting back the door knob unit hardware, he discovered that the bolt was too short to reach the frame. I asked him to go back to the hardware store for me and get a similar style of the new door knob. After he returned, I saw that he was in the process of putting my old door knob back in and I asked him what happened with the new one. He said that he found a longer bolt and thought it was more economical to use it rather than a brand new set and my having to have all the other door knobs re-keyed to keep it to a one-key home. That was so thoughtful! The bid was set for a certain amount which we paid half before the job (it was mostly for the new door unit) and I paid the other half upon completion of the job. There were no additional charges for the two trips to the hardware store or the materials they purchased to do the job. Since I've done some home remodeling, I knew enough about how things should be done, and they certainly know their trade and how it should be done. I will definitely use them again and tell everyone about them!

I felt like the price was reasonable. The people that came out and gave the estimate were very efficient. They knew what they were talking about and had several products to display. When they actually came out to do the installation, they came out in 2 different work groups. One started 2 hours ahead of the other one and they began pulling the old windows. The next group came in behind them and started putting the new ones in. They went around the house and they had it done in a single days time, so that part was convenient. Of course, the window product they don't manufacture themselves but I was very pleased with them. They are triple pane glass. We live in an area that gets extreme rains and temperatures, high heat in the summer and extreme cold in the winter and they have done an excellent job in having insulating abilities. The installation seemed very good, I haven't had any leaks or any problems with the windows or anything. I am very pleased with the services. I was very pleased with the price. I didn't feel that it was out of line with any other company I could have went with. They came when they said they would give an estimate. The estimate was in line. When they said they would do the work, they were here and did it. They followed up by checking up to see if I was happy with the work.

Superior Exteriors & Remodeling are hard working people and honest people. They made a mistake on the ceiling and they weren't able to correct it to my satisfaction but they didn't take the payment for it either. It wasn't a big flop. They were supposed to fix something on the ceilings. 2 of the ceilings they did a real good job. I can't complain at all. They did a good job. The third ceiling had a water spot on it and they tried to fix it but it bubbled on them. They went again and tried to re-fix it but it just never kind of blended in if you know what I mean. They put some heavy hours in it. They worked hard and I am literally surprised that they couldn't get that fixed to my satisfaction. They are hard working people and I am going to tell you that. They are hard working. They did a super job on the other 2 rooms. They just had too much of a problem with that bubble I guess. They are pretty good guys. I don't know why they couldn't fix that little spot. The price was probably competitive. I didn't check with any of them out but the price was competitive. They were pretty available then. They were very professional people especially the owner. I probably would use them again in the future if I didn't have a real bad problem. Sometimes we have to use that we know we necessarily want to use. If things got bad, yes.

Superior did a marvelous job. They were prompt, on time, and carried away their trash. They were great to work with and we were pleased. I like dealing with them. They are also easy to find. They are polite and courteous. I will use them again.

They came out when they said they would. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. Jeff, the salesman, was friendly and polite. The price we were quoted was what we paid! No hidden costs or add-ons.

We had them remove and replace our old wooden framed windows with the new lifetime warranty gas filled double hung vinyl windows. They also installed an attic fan, added a large wood deck, and changed out the kitchen dining room double window into a gas filled heavy duty sliding glass door. We were so happy with their workmanship, promptness, and pricing that we had them completely remodel our kitchen too from the floor up. There was a delay by the supplier of our kitchen cabinets and Rick gave us an additional discount because of that. He promised us he would never use them again and if we ever needed anything concerning our cabinets to let him know. He really was genuinely sorry and concerned for our satisfaction. You can't expect any better than that and we are glad we chose them for our home remodel.

They arrived at 8 am and we're completed by noon. Cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. We love the end result as they matched the woodwork perfectly and now they open very smoothly. Love the end results!

It went really well. They replaced with their work. They were very professional and willing to work with this. They got to work on deadline they produce. Their price is reasonable.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. From the initial meeting throughout the entire process they were "superior" in every way. Their professionalism and focus on the customer's needs were exactly what I needed and they were always one step ahead. They initially explained the process in detail, asked me questions about what I wanted and choices I could make/consider, they provided design ideas and when I asked for certain things to be done they didn't hesitate to find a solution. I even made a design change mid-process and there didn't hesitate to accommodate my preference. I was stunned at how incredible and enjoyable this experience was!! Several other companies that I called for estimates were so rude and annoying I threw away their estimates right after they left. None of them even came close to the professionalism, quality product, service and workmanship provided by Superior Exteriors! So glad I can write this review for others to give them a call! My house looks gorgeous!

I am 100% happy with the look and quality. What a great company.

It went really well. I think they did a really great job. They just forgot to caulk the windows when they originally did it but as soon as I called, someone came in and took care of it within a couple of days. They got the windows done faster than I even thought they would so that was great.

So far, my experience with them has been great. They were punctual. They came through with a good estimate. They're just a good, local company. I had some good referrals from them.

Tahe estimate was done quickly. The person I worked with to finalize the order was patient in allowing me to change my mind on colors a couple of times. The windows had to be ordered, a process that took a fairly long time. The installation went quite quickly. But one of the workers was causal about using my bed as a work surface, with the result that I now have two spots of glue on the bedspread. Also, the workers did not offer to remove the glue of the labels from the window panes. I did that task myself and could not get quite all of the glue off using a reasonable amount of time and effort.

Superior Exteriors just completed the second major project for us. The first project involved replacing old drafty windows and adding beautiful new siding for our home. At that time Rick helped us select affordable, quality, energy-efficient windows that tilt in for easy cleaning. That was in 2003 and I still love them, especially when it is time to wash the windows! So without hesitation we called Superior Exteriors and made an appointment to start the planning process on a major remodel. The wish list of things we wanted in a home addition had lengthened over the years and I had a notebook full of pictures, bits and pieces of what I wanted in my dream kitchen. My husband had his own ideas for our master suite and updated bathroom. Overwhelmed by how to put it all together, and not really sure if we could afford what we wanted, we became more and more excited after each meeting with Rick. These meetings were scheduled after 5 p.m. so that both my husband and I could be involved in the planning. Rick looked over our lists of ideas, magazine pictures, and rough sketches. He listened carefully as we talked about what we wanted; we all sketched, brainstormed, figured and refigured. Several preliminary design ideas were presented to us and we finally found the perfect plan to fit our budget and provide us with our dream addition. Rick was enthusiastic, attentive, and patient throughout the entire project, from the planning stages to the final details. We broke ground the last week in April and finished the last week in July. The project came together so fast I barely had time to choose paint colors. Every person who came into our home throughout the project was professional, pleasant, considerate, efficient, and conscientious. They recognized that this was more than a construction site; this was a family?s home, complete with the comings and goings of kids and grandkids, as well as a yappy, sometimes mischievous, and overly-affectionate (albeit lovable) Papillon. Because daily life does not stop, these remarkable men side-stepped, smiled, kindly tolerated, conversed, and basically did whatever was necessary to work within and around us as efficiently as possible, all while respecting my family, my dog, and my home. Because my husband works long hours, I was the overseer by default during the entire project. Rick, his sons, and the other men he contracted for the job treated me respectfully and courteously in my role as homemaker/project manager. I felt that at any time I could suggest changes, discuss progress, and ask questions. They never made me feel inept or foolish; in fact, they welcomed my input and readily offered suggestions I would never have thought of. The finished project is beautiful. We now have a big, beautiful master suite, a gorgeous modern bathroom addition, and my dream kitchen. Thanks Superior!

I called for an estimate and the salesman that came out was very friendly and explained exactly what would need to be done. I called him the next day to sign a contract. From the first visit until the job was done they were very friendly, hard working and thoughtful.

They were very nice. I was satisfied with most of the work, but I was not too excited over the finished work. They put aluminum flashing on the outside of the windows to seal everything, and where the parts came together I was not that excited about. They got back in touch with me, and I plan on getting back in touch with them when I get home. They cleaned up after themselves really nicely. They showed up on time, and the price agreed on was the price they came back with. I would probably use them again in the future depending on what happens when I re-contact them.

They were very nice, cleaned up after themselves well and were very professional. The windows look great and I have noticed a difference in the temperature of my house. I am not really happy with the lower edges of my windows, the could look better. I told one of the workers and he was supposed to have them call me. Rick has not called yet and I will give him a call soon. I feel confident that they will address the issue but I don't know for sure yet. I will likely use them again, especially if this one thing is resolved.

They did all this in about 3-4 hours! All very professional!
