They responded fairly quickly and injected a bentonite "slurry" along the outside wall which was supposed to seal off the water. Did not work and they came out a second time and maybe a third time after a lot of phone calls---did not work. After that they would not answer calls or do anything and then finally said it was out of warranty. Filed a complaint with BBB. Still would not live up to original agreement. Definitely would not use again.

Poor, company has had to come out 3 times to push it back against the house because it leans again (bad piering I suppose). It often takes 6 months of calling to get them to come out. This last time it's been a year and they never called to schedule the warranty repair.

No work was done by this provider. Infact this provider company is so unprofessional that they don't have time to respond to customer inquiry. Work needed to be done was looked at by them and I was quoted an amount through proper agreement. I had agreed to the amount and have been waiting on them since then. Guess what - no show and not even responding to phone calls. I can just wish them well and hopefully other customers, if they decide to go to this company after reading the review, get work performed by this company. I personally would keep away from company who is so unprofessional as who knows if they will even warrant the work done.

Called an hour before appt to let me know they were going to be an hour later than expected. I cancelled simply because I had already taken off work to fit in there schedule and was mot going to wait any longer. I called later that day to reschedule and no one returned my call. Very unprofessional.

We had some flooding in our basement and wanted to have the foundation checked.  Brad came out and inspected our foundation gave some recommendations, but said overall we were in good shape.  No charge for the visit.

I called for an estimate. The receptionist was nice and the estimator called back promptly.  He was early to the appointment.  He seemed like he knew what he was doing but I also had 4 other estimates done after and they all advised similar work but contradicted what he advised. Bottom line was if I had let him do the work it would have cost me 5k and would not have fixed my problem. It would have only covered it up. The quote he said I would receive the next day by email was late by 3 days

We have a huge crack in the side of our house.  I don't know if it is a brick problem or a foundation problem.  I called Structo at 417-581-5750 on 8/21/12 and was told by the woman who answered the phone that she would "let the guys know" and I would get a return call.  I did not hear from them, so I called again on 9/18/12.  A lady answered again and I told her this was my second call, and she said again that she would have someone get back to me.  Nothing.  I called again on 10/1/12 and got the same story. 

Never made contact with me.

Completed the work as contracted in a timely manner. Restored landscaping to near perfection.

Well, when I called them, they will gave me some excuse as to how that could not come out until 10 days. Then, they never even came. Poor customer service & poor follow up. That is just bad business in my opinion. When people have problems, they need answers. I sure did. They made me feel like I was bothering them with my call for a free estimate. When no one called back, that really infuriated me. I called another company that came the same day and finished the work with 4 days of the free estimate. I would avoid this company like a plague!
