They were punctual and professional. The price quoted was 1/2 the final cost. The quote on the phone did not include deodorizing or carpet scotch guard which ultimately doubled the price (due to pet issues) . The phone quote should have mentioned the potential add-ons. Otherwise, they did an excellent job.

They came to my home within 24 hours after I contacted them. Very courteous and professional. Respected my property and cleaned my closet even though it wasn't on the bid. They also cleaned my front door mat and my outside front door. I highly recommend them...the carpet looks great!

My house is a one story that was built in about 2000. No pets and grandkids are in their teens and 20s. Carpet was looking worn and dirty and the tile in the three bath rooms was grungy and all of the grout was discoulored. Same is true for the tile front entry hall.

Called Stanley Steemer on a Thursday or Friday and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Two people showed up on time. They were very polite and helpful. Once in the house they took charge and promised me I would be thrilled when they finished. They cleaned 4 tile floors, living room/dining room, 4 bedrooms, and two carpeted hallways. I know the carpet isn't new, but I really love the improvement. The grout cleaning was done so well that the tile looks new.

Not a real downside but a warning. The carpet is very wet when they finish. We ran big fans (aimed at the carpet) and it took over 24 hours before the carpet was starting to feel dry using the bare foot test.

We had a bad experience. There were 2 guys who came, they put the stuff under the furniture to protect them and all of that but it took them less than an hour to shampoo my house. We have 3300 square feet and we have 2 flights of stairs so it should have taken a lot of time. The carpet was soaking wet when they were finished. They said they cleaned it up but they didn't. We spent over $400.

Overall cleaning was ok, but I had to go back over more soiled areas with cleaner and a scrub brush which greatly improved result. I had used another company for our previous home with much better result. Their tech used a hand held scrub brush on heavy soiled areas with much better end result.

They were on time and seemed to do a good job. the only drawback was when the appointment was made it included an 8x10 area rug in our dining room and the cost was #379.00. when the crew arrived the rug was not listed and cost an additional $50. so either we were charged twice for the rug if it were included in the original estimate and left off the list or the person taking the order didn't write it down.

It went very well. No problems. Very professional.

Arrived on time and completed the work. Only had one guy doing the work so took a bit longer and he seemed fairly rushed. The guy doing it was very nice. The only complaint I have is they did not clean up after themselves including water/dirt/foot prints from walking through the rest of the house. They were also not very careful running the hoses through the house and banged them against walls, trim, and the floor leaving several scuffs. Other than this the carpets did get cleaned. I will probably try a different company next time to compare or might have them run the hoses a different route next time.

Everything went well. I had originally asked them to clean our upper level only but decided at the last minute to have them clean the basement as well. They took care of it. No problem.

They were timely, reliable and provided high-quality work. They were also very courteous but they were slightly expensive.

2 guys came in a knocked out everything is amazing time. They were polite, efficient and came out the day after I called to book the appt. Very impressed! I will definitely keep using them.

They called several times to confirm our appointment. They arrived on time. They were very efficient and did a very good job getting the carpet clean. It took a lot longer to dry than they indicated it would, especially on the stairs, but after the 4th day it was finally totally dry. They moved furniture to clean under it and then placed the furniture on small styrofoam blocks so no marks would be left on the carpet during drying. They put little plastic sheets under chair legs. They seem to care about providing a good service and we would use them again.

They came on time, spot cleaned problem areas, began cleaning the whole house and were through quickly. Asked for inspection by me and re-worked any problem areas. The carpets dried quickly and I was pleased with their service. They use their own hot water for the steam which is much better than using water from the customer's home.

They were good. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were professional and quick. They showed up on time. They stand by what they said they are going to do and if there are any problems they will come back and fix it.

I haven't used them for a couple of years. I've been satisfied with them. They did a good job and didn't take long. The gentlemen that showed up were always good and friendly. I've has not complications.
