We dropped the iPad off (the location is in downtown Springfield) and they told us the price and the approximate date they would complete the replacement, which required ordering a new screen. They completed the work on time (three business days) and the screen is as good as new. This seems to be a small business that is nonetheless managing a relatively high volume of work very well. Note that the only parking is on the street, which wasn't a problem for us.
They offered a discount if you would agree to provide a review of their services on Yelp or Facebook (they didn't request or require a favorable rating). I told them I would post a review on Angie's List instead and that was acceptable to them.
