Springfield Computer Guy

It took 3 weeks to get the computer back and I had to keep calling to find out the status of the computer. It is running a lot faster, but a lot of things I had on the computer are gone. I think a and quot;big box storeand quot; might have been cheaper and faster.

John was able to meet me after work. He worked on my computer there and got everything fixed that evening. I didn't have to leave it over the weekend to be worked on. He was nice enough to show me how to do some things on my computer and he burned a DVD of most of my stored files for back up. Overall I was very pleased with the work and will use him again when something comes up.

John Woodman IS the Springfield Computer Guy! He provides excellent, dependable service and does what he says he will do. He also offers valuable tips to help a novice user. Very professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. You can be assured that when he is finished working on your computer, it will operate as it should. I would definitely recommend him to others and will use no one else myself the next time I inevitably need computer help.

I selected him from the yellow pages. On the phone he was responsive and asked good questions. We established an appointed time for a house call. He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Low key. Ready to answer any question and speak layman's language. Computer was in much better shape when he left and the cost was most reasonaable.
