Called for AC to be re-charged. They quickly sceduled the appointment. It was at a time I asked for.Service man very proffesional an offered to check filters. He cleaned out coils and unit without me asking. When he checked the unit's charge it was not that low but offered to put some in without any extra charge. Very happy with service.

During the very next summer when I turned on the air conditioner there was no Freon and it was leaking.  He came back to check on it.  He fixed it and didn't charge me for it.  He put lots of extra Freon in and it became really cold.  He had put extra ducts in the living room earlier which was a problem.  There was no proper heating or cooling because of this.  Now it's very comfortable and it works great.  He obviously knew what he was doing.  Rick is the owner of the company.  He was really good and he did everything right.  He was referred to me by a friend.  I also got my rebates from the city.  The work was expensive, but I got $1500 back.  I got what I paid for.  I would definitely use him again.
