He's done really well so far. So far it's been a pleasant experience. We haven't really got very far since it's only been a week. He's done well to keep me posted on where we're at on the loan process and what we need to do. He's very knowledgeable in the area and personable when we met him. We're pleased so far. We haven't really finished everything yet. He seems to know what he's doing. He's not just trying to get us qualified as fast as we can. It takes some time to do things right. I emailed him and he didn't get back to me until the next day. That was early afternoon when I got him, I was hoping for a response that same day. He was in touch with me later that following day.
