Perfectly. Works like a charm. job was fast, efficient and worth the total cost of $430. Tanya handled the whole thing over the phone while I was out of town. I recommend Queen City.

I was very pleased. The work had to be done in a hurry because the old door was damaged, leaving house/garage open to everyone. Queen City had it done in 24 hours at a reasonable price for a good door.

He called Monday afternoon. He said he would try to come between  9:00 and 11:00 today. He called at 8:12 and said he would be here at
9:00. He arrived at 8:55. He checked the main unit and found that the circuit board had been struk by lighting. It did not take him long to replace it. He showed me the burnt breaker. He also fixed another small problem I had with my other door. I was charged for the new breaker and the service call. He got everything done in half an hour. I was very pleased.

I called Queen City Door Company based upon the good reviews on Angie's List.  They had an opening to fix my door today.  I am so happy with the service that they provided and pleased by the cost of the repair.  I definitely recommend them for any garage door repair and I will call them back if I need any service to my garage doors in the future.  +++

I called Friday 1/2/2015 morning, and set an appointment for that same day.  The service man called prior to arriving.  He arrived as promised, and proceded to assess the problem. He repaired the the opener in a timely manner.  He was friendly, and answered my questions.  He showed me the part to be replaced, and completed the work.

I have used Queen City on several occasions, and they are always very quick to respond to my service requests. Great price, and they are very knowledgable about their business. On this particular occasion, the repairman went above and beyond what I requested by repairing a light fixture on the ceiling of the garage, which he suspected was related to the current problem, which was l likely caused by a lightning strike. I was very impressed and very pleased with their services.

They had one employee to complete the job. They did a fine job. They just put the door up in a timely manner.

Straightened and reinforced garage door, fied opener arm and reattached to garage door.

We have had no problems with the garage door or the opener or the code pad. Everything is still working fine. Very pleased.

Great experience.  The gentleman that did the repairs came out the next day at the time that I asked for and repaired my door quickly and efficiently.  He was very friendly and the price was very reasonable for the work that was done.  Would definitely use Queen City again!

Called and set appointment time. Repair tech arrived as promised. Very professional. Explained problem and gave two remedies. Did requested work. at agreed price and completely adjusted door. He serviced the door far beyond what was agreed on and fixed problems that were not in the agreement. What great service. Will use their service again if needed.

Fanatastic, the other guy was scheduled to show at 9:30. no show and no response to our calls. We called Queen City and they came right out and repaired what needed repairingthe same day. Fantastic!!!!

It went well, very fast. Took him about 20 minutes to do the work and cost me about $60.00 for the labor for 1/3 hr. Seems pricey to me for the brief time and skill it took to do the job.
