Not very good service had to hire another plumber

Done quickly and well. We use them all the time and ate very satisfied. Ray is especially good.

Rick was great. He explained what he was going to do and told me the cost. The price was good for a senior like me. He finished the job and didn't leave any kind of a mess. I will definitely use them again.

They've done several things over the three years we've lived here - almost four years now.  Over the past couple of years, they've installed a new toilet, a new kitchen faucet, a new garbage disposal, and they came out when we had a leak.  I thought their price was okay.  In fact, whenever they come out and give you a service call, they always leave a card behind with a ten dollar discount on their next visit.  They did everything fine; I can't give them any advice on what to work on in the future.  You know with a plumber, you want them to fix the problem and you want them to do it quickly, and they did.  We had one emergency call and they came out within an hour I think on that one. Usually they're at the house either the same day or the next day or two; it's never been a long wait.

They were extremely helpful and came in under their original quote. They were able to come out within 2 hours of me calling and gave me all of my options (which none of them came as a surprise to me). After agreeing on what was going to be done, they were back within an hour of having to go pick up the needed parts. Job was completed in less time than expected and you barely knew he was there. We are extremely happy! Added bonus: A few months ago, we called to have them come out to snake the toilet. Unfortunately, they were stuck on other jobs and couldn't make it out that evening. Even though we had to have another company come out that night to clear the toilet, the owner of Plumb Rite called to offer his sincerest apologies and sent us a gift card as a token of his appreciation. THAT is why we kept their number and made them our first call to have this done.

Fixed the problem--a clogged drain--and kept me from wasting money on a sink drain, which was not the problem.

Came out to fix a broken pipe under the house and did a fine job at a reasonable rate so I asked them to do 2 other items I have had on my "honey do" for some time.

Raymond and John arrived the same day I called to report an inoperative water heater. Following a quick diagnosis of the problem, they suggested a new one would be the best solution. The water heater was installed the same, the old one was taken away, and the work area was cleaned. Great Guys - Great Job

Of the 4 companies we had come out for bids and advice on what to do with our current water heater, Plumb Rite was clearly the company we would hire!  The man that came out was informative, fair, and honest!  They earned our future business!

I'm very impressed with the customer service provided by Plumb-Rite and Johnny Gibson.  I had a pipe break and they were at my house within a couple of hours.  They managed to get me fixed enough to have water and then didn't even charge me for the hours of crawling around under my house that Saturday.  They came back a couple of days later and replaced ALL of the piping under the house.  They went above and beyond and fixed anything that needed updating including running a water line to my fridge for my ice maker, installing a shut off valve for the whole house and replacing my outside faucet.  I will always reach out to these guys in a pinch or for any other work that I need done.  

I would use them in the future.

I called Monday morning to see when they could schedule to come out. I needed them to be there after 4 and they were able to schedule us in on Monday afternoon. Two workers arrived - one was new and the other was supervising to be sure work was up to their standards. Both men were courteous, professional, and friendly. Gave estimate up front and then got right to work. Unstopped the drain, cleaned up area. We were very pleased with all aspects of this service. Highly recommend if you need a plumber!

The service tech was on time, listened to what I wanted.  He explained what he was going to do & installed the natural gas line.  I've had regular plumbing services done by Plumb-Rite and  highly recommend them.

Response time was incredible!

Communication was great and paid over the phone. We did this for our rental house in an area where we don't know any repairman. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them. They even came back to the house after it leaked again and they repaired again.

They offered to make some other adjustments for us, but we haven't made that step yet. I am getting ready to call again for another repair in the home as well.

Very polite two-person team. They arrived at least 2 hours before they were scheduled to.Very thorough and knowledgeable. The repairmen went to get the faucet because my car was being used by my son at the time. They gave me the choice of buying a faucet myself (choosing it from stock at local Lowe's) or having them run into north Springfield to get a faucet from their supply; them running to get the one I had chosen was a major bonus. Also helped educate me about how best to replace our jetted tub into a soaker tub and recommended showrooms and types of tubs and how to cut down on installation costs by simply purchasing the tub ourselves and having it delivered to our home before they arrive to install it and keeping the fixtures we have but just moving the shower head up higher. They also cleaned up after themselves well and always wore shoe coverings. I do wish they would have itemized their invoice. Would recommend them to anyone with a sink issue!

I called Plumb-Rite on a Friday at 3:30 thinking that they wouldn't be able to come out until Saturday and that it would be a very expensive service call.  Plumb-Rite was over at the house by 6 pm (keep in mind that they close at 6 pm and it was a Friday) to investigate the water leak.  The technician was extremely friendly and was very knowledgeable.  He did some inspecting, adjusted a couple of things, helped me to understand that there wasn't an active leak, and alleviated my concerns ahead of the weekend.  I would recommend this company without reservation and it was one of the most amazing customer service experiences I have ever had.  I typically dread calling for repairs as you are never sure whether the advice you will receive is sound and / or what the cost will be but this was the opposite of every experience I've ever had and makes me wish I had another plumbing problem so that I could call them again and be as happy with their customer service :) Thank you so much!!!

I am extremely impressed with this company.
The technician that showed promptly to my home fixed the problem without difficulty and quickly.
The extra things that have me impressed are:
The technician noted a smell that had worried us for some time. He diagnosed this problem immediately and now the odor is gone. We had at least 4 other companies out to find the basement odor and none of them knew what caused it until now. It took this technician 30 seconds to do so.
On top of that, the owner called the next day and said he had credited our credit card because he had charged too much. I thought the initial price was fair at $235 but he said the wrong code was use and the actual price was $155. 
He did not have to do this. I would have never known the difference. 
His honesty is greatly appreciated.
This is the only company I will use for my plumbing/ appliance/ and heating-air conditioning issues in the future.
