We were referred to this company by neighbor recommendations. The carpets have not looked this good since they were installed six years ago! We have used Stanley Steemer in the past and used the Rug Doctor on several occasions. Neither were anywhere close to the positive result that Personal Touch as able to achieve. Very satisfied with the work done and the cost incurred. Will use again in six months.
