I called to schedule an appointment. When I set it up they asked if i would like to receive my reminder via text messaging, email, or phone call. They were very accommodating. On the day of my appointment I came and in met with a girl named Tabby. She had an awesome personality and just made it fun to be there. She shampooed my hair with a product they had on special so I could test it out. She then talked to me about what I wanted from my cut. One problem I always have when I get a new, trendy cut is learning how to style it. The hair dresser always does it in such a hurry that I don't learn how to do it myself and I end up hating the cut. As I told Tabby what I wanted she totally understood, took the time to cut and teach me how to fix it. Since she was still a student her instructor came around several times to double check what she was doing. I felt totally comfortable and absolutely love my cut. I would say that I will go back but I probably will just go see Tabby at her own place once she graduates. This is a great place to meet a strong new hair dresser.
