We are new to the area and had the bad luck of having our spring snap for our garage door. I called this company at 8:30am and the lady who answered the phone was extremely professional and nice. They had a repairman to my house by 10am. He was fantastic as well. Highly recommend this company.

Appointment made easily and serviceman arrived quickly. He cleaned the track and carefully inspected all parts. He was focused and worked efficiently, wasting no time while being thorough. He was professional and courteous. He did not try to sell a maintenance contract ! Price for service was reasonable. No problems since.

The installer arrived late for the appointment. That wasn't a problem since I was home that day anyway. The install went without a problem . The doors do seal well and do a good job, compared to the old ones, of keeping the water out during a hard rain. And they seem to keep out drafts. A bonus is that they do look good and I liked the window options. There are some things I am disappointed with in regards to quality of the parts used. The doors openers themselves are quite noisy and are getting worse with time. I keep them lubed to help a bit but I would expect smoother operation. The ones replaced were over 20 years old and quieter than the new ones. The new ones were not economy models either. The wires from the opener to the wall switches were attached to the ceiling in kind of a sloppy looking manner. I would have tried to run them along wall/ceiling creases instead of just a shortcut to the switches. Not a big thing but not very professional looking. The exterior opener usually requires 3 or more tried to get it to work. Even with a new battery. It has never worked reliably but we seldom use it so it is only an occasional nuisance. Setting up the openers to work with our three vehicles was an experience in frustration. The factory installed buttons have a way to sync with openers that is different than the OD unit instructions. So it took several attempts trying different combinations of instructions to get them to work. On our Toyota, I got both doors programmed. On our Lexus SUV, I only got one door to work. On our Ford F350, I could never get any doors to sync. So the truck has to use the clip on remote instead of the factory buttons. It took several hours to just get this much accomplished before I gave up. Were I to need new doors again, I would probably research other brands and offerings better. I may still end up with Overhead Door, but I am not as impressed with their products as I thought I would be. So the use again box should reflect Maybe more so than a yes or no.

Because I had bought "universal" remotes in the past for my garage door opener that did not work, I went into Overhead Doors thinking I would very likely need to buy a whole new keyless entry system: the panel on the outside of the garage door and two new remotes. However, instead of trying to sell me $200 worth of equipment (new keyless pad, two new remotes), the salesperson listened to my story and suggested I simply buy one $30 remote that he pre-formatted to fit our particular garage door opener. He patiently took the time to look-up our particular brand of garage door opener to make sure the remote he was selling me would work, and then he pre-programmed and explained step-by-step what I needed to do to get the remote to talk to my garage door opener. Once I got back home, it took me all of three minutes to program the new remote. It has been working flawlessly since then.

Went great. Called them yesterday. Got an appointment between 10am - 2pm for the next day(today). Aaron called me when he was about an hour away. He arrived on time around 11 am. Got a quote of $274. Told him to proceed. He finished quickly (under an hour). Extremely pleased to have a working garage door again.
