They came out and gave a very general estimate on the work I needed done. This part of the process went fine. I later emailed them giving them the specifics on things I would like to move forward with. I was told they would get back to me with a quote. A week passed and I had not heard back so I followed up again by email and received an apology and was told they would have it by the following Monday. The Monday came and went and I followed up a few days later. I again received an apology and was told they would get it to me as soon as possible. Another week passed and I finally emailed them letting them know I no longer needed a quote.
