We contacted Gary Busker, realtor with Murney & Associates as a buyer's agent to find a house in the Springfield Missouri area. He was diligent, very knowledgable and spent considerable time with us as we considered our choices. I loved that he's a skilled in negotiator a strategizer. The purchase of a house always seems to involve compromises, and he had some great ideas about minor changes we could make on properties we considered purchasing. We would definitely hire him again.

There was no cost by us, the commission was paid by the seller. If I could give him A+ I would. He is the best real estate agent we've worked with ever. We will absolutely use him again and we've already recommended him too. One of the things that clearly stood out, was not only his wonderful friendliness and professionalism, but he was the agent for the seller as well as our agent as a buyer. And that can be a difficult situation, but we've always felt like he had our best interest at hand. He was a wonderful go-between. He protected us in a number of ways. He encouraged us to look into and check certain things out in the house with the property inspections. And then he not only recommended companies to help deal with some issues, but he contacted them himself and set up the appointments. He met them here at the house to let them in for the appointments. He checked back with them later to make sure the job was done. He just did a lot of that service work for us and for the seller. It's more than I've ever seen any real estate agent do.

Our realtor name was Toni.  She was very informative, professional and courteous.  She kept her promise.  She promised that we would have our house within 30 days or something.  She made models for us and ordered it.  She showed us different homes in her designs.  She listened very carefully on what we were looking for, what we wanted and what we liked.  I would recommend their professionalism when I refer them to others.  Everybody in that office was so friendly and respectful.  I would use them again and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a house.

She went above & beyond the call of duty to help us. she was very proffesional & went thru h*** & high waters to get us what we wanted. Not only is our realator she's our new friend.
