At Mr. Electric we make a point to record every call for review to properly evaluate our work. In doing so, we noticed when you called in for your service repairs that your were in duress and it was urgent that your needs were met that very day. Our customer service representative felt your duress and immediately accommodated your need for that day on our schedule. While listening to your call on the recording, we noticed you requested after 2:30 pm as you were at work, so we therefore scheduled you at 3:00 pm to give you time to get home. Our technician arrived at 3:00 pm. Our policy is to do their best to complete their job before 5:00 pm to not interfere with the customers evening schedule or plans. Therefore, since our technician needed a special tool to finish up and to complete the repairs and the evening was growing late, we aimed to please and satisfy the customer. We apologize that having to add another day to finish up interfered with your time and schedule. It is always our policy to give 100% of customer satisfaction and leave every home safe."
