Morgan worked patiently with my family through several months of oddly low realty inventory. He was never too busy to show a home and always willing to provide information (his research was tremendous; he would find house facts nearly instantly and have them in my email box). The house we purchased is now ours because Morgan (1) knew what we wanted and (2) called us the moment this house hit the market -- at approximately 10 PM. I had detailed historic data by email that night, we were viewing the house the next morning, and we had it under contract within 24 hours. Fast -- but after months of patiently working with us till the moment came when speed mattered. Morgan excels at all aspects of realty.
