Ed was on site at the time he specified (an hour after we spoke on the phone). He checked the unit, gave an estimate, and when we agreed, started the work immediately. He was finished in an hour and a half, and the unit was running as promised. He explained beforehand what he would do, and demonstrated it was working when he was finished. My wife and I are very satisfied with the response time and the work that was done.
