Called to change date, and came that day. Sent a third lady without telling me, but it worked out within the estimate. They did an excellent job, covering all that I had listed with the owner.

They did a very good job and we continue to use them today.

It did not go well. The master bathroom, which was the main thing I asked them to clean, was untouched. No one had even gone into it, it seemed. The kitchen floor was dirty. I had to deep clean after them for a few hours. They did come on time, however.

Two ladies arrived at 11.30 and worked very hard for 3 hours cleaning.The entire house so well that it looked better than new.

They did a good job for the most past but were too expensive. They focused on a particular area during each of their visits. They wanted to establish a weekly visit but I managed to get them to agree to every two or three weeks since I do most of my own vacuuming and dusting. I liked the fact that they got in and were very thorough. They were courteous when they came over and it did not take long for them to do what they needed to do. I am not too sure about the prices other companies would charge. I would use them again in the future.

I used Merry Maids through a friend. They were outstanding. I highly recommend them and I don't have anything negative to say about them. They were great. I have used them twice now. Everyone wishes prices were cheaper; I got a good deal because I knew the person, but I would say they are fairly affordable. It's a little on the pricier side if you get; they always try to push you. It's like when you buy a car; they try to get you all the bells and whistles, Merry Maids do the same thing. They try to say that you should probably get deep cleaning for the ceiling fans and the baseboard. That's where you get in to big money, about $500 to $600 which is insane. It's not cheap, but they do a great job and that's all I can ask as I am selling my house. I found them through Angie's List.

They've been here almost weekly since three months and they were here today. We pay them monthly. They are real good with regards to their job they do. They are slightly inconsistent on the time. They are always on the same day for us and that is on a Friday. Some mornings they show up at 8:00 and sometimes they show up after lunch so you can't really plan up around that. These guys are licensed and bonded so we just go ahead and give them the key. They let themselves in; they do their work and leave you a nice thank you card. They also leave you a chit that says how much you owe them. We just call them and take care of the bill over the phone. They are really very user friendly. The workers are fine. It's usual with any company of any kind that some are better than others. We have two who are our favorites and we can ask for them to come. Sometimes they come but sometimes they don't and they just send who they've got in the shifts. There are no complications at all. Their cash management practices are real good and you don't have to worry about a check surprising you. They go ahead and clear the checks pretty quick. Their price was little high but not bad. We can call them in the morning and tell them if we are going out of town and turn them off but they don't charge you for it. They are really very responsive. They are always there on a Friday but they never tell you what time they are going to be there so you're kind of stuck. We will keep using them until we move.

They did a fine job. They have come back and done another thorough house cleaning. I think they were good. They were fast and efficient. Overall, they were very good workers. Their prices are too high.
