I contacted Melvin Wright to obtain information and they quickly responded back to me. I had a lengthy conversation with his wife discussing what our needs would be. I requested to have them come out once a month and although they usually only responded every three months she said they would do the once a month. They could not provide an estimate over the phone so we scheduled an appointment for them to come out to my home and they never showed up or called.
