Steve, the Meeks project manager., was very responsive and professional; and coordinated the installation of the sheet-rock and insulation efficiently with the sheet-rock installers that I had hired.  Materials and labor were very reasonable.  The whole project went extremely well from start to finish.

I set up an appointment to have the service rep. look at the house and give me the bid. He was very prompt, professional, courteous and gave me the final bid after taking a look in the attic and measuring the outside of the house. He gave me two quotes..one to bring the R value up to R30, and then one to bring the value up to R38 which qualified for a rebate from my utility company. The price of the higher insulating value with the rebate was exactly the same as the lesser R value quote. There was no pressure at all to set up the service then, but I did go ahead and scheduled it for a few days later. They arrived on time and had the insulation blown in in about an hour. When I paid them, they had the paperwork filled out for the rebate which I just had to sign and mail in. Overall, it was a very smooth experience.

We called and got an estimate over the phone. We approved the estimate and they came out within a week. They were in and out in less than an hour and came in under budget. Very professional and easy to do business with.
