Mason does a great job in sprinkler start up, winterization, and backflow testing. We've used his sevice for 3 years now. I often remembered to call him for service until it's late into season, which was the busiest time for him. But he always managed to come by and get the work done right within a week. I really appreciate his attention to details(he checks the angle, range, and water volume of every sprinkler nozzle to make sure that our lawn gets the best coverage), responsible to the customers(communicates well with us about any problems, and recommends solutions), and dedication to his work(working late hours and on Saturdays sometimes). I've recommended him to my friends and neighbors, who has nothing but the best to say about his service.

My yard looks good even when its dry. They come in in the spring and start the system up and in the fall they blow out the lines so that nothing freezes and breaks over the winter. I have been using them for four years. They are very responsive if I ever call with a question. I have a good relationship with them. They are customer oriented. I would give them all A's. If they didn't get A's I would probably have somebody else. I have been through two or three others who didn't perform services on schedule and that is why I switched. I am not sure how I found these guys but they are very professional, their billing is good and I would recommend them to anybody. I am sure they do installation but they didn't install mine. I have only used him for the spring and fall checkups. I haven't had any problems while he has been taking care of me. I will absolutely continue to use them.
