Description of Work: Mike got his associate to come by and look at the work I wanted done. He indicated I should have the quote within a week. After 1.5 weeks, I reached out to Mike and he apologized, said the guy who writes up the quotes was out, but he would have him call me next week. The guy called, but I missed it. Tried 3 times over the next 2 days. After another 10 days, I called Mike again. He got very upset and said he had didn't know I was in such a hurry and was incredibly rude. I didn't think it was out of line to want a quote within a month of the guy coming by to look at the project. I think I just fell through the cracks for him and he handled it very poorly.

 + -1 moreHe stuck to a quote he gave us last June 2012. He was puntcual and very timely in completng it, even in the snow. My husband has since then used him for some work at his office location and he was very pleased with that work as well.
Description of Work: Mr. Martin added steps from our upper deck to lower back yard and it was beautiful work.
