The selection in store is great, but the service I experienced today was terrible. I went in and the man standing at the front counter did not offer any assistance to me. He just stood and looked at me as I browsed. I finally spoke first, asking him a question, but he did not budge from his spot. He gave me a short one sentence response (I was looking for bathroom lighting) and did not offer any additional help whatsoever. It is a shame, as I loved what they had and planned on buying several items.

They do excellent work.  The price varies from time to time; it depends on what has to be done, so I have never had the same price twice.  The prices are reasonable.  They care about their customers, which is the main thing.  They are well stocked, if you go in there and if you need something, they usually have it right there in the store.  The prices are in line with everybody else.  They are quite busy and they can’t do it on a same day basis but they are quite reasonable with their turnaround time.
