The job went excellent, his crew is ever so polite and respectful.  I would highly recommend Landscape Artistry.

The project went extremely well. I felt that I got a lot of value for the money spent. The worker's respected our property and worked very hard. He team of workers are experienced and mature people that have been with the company for some time. John made sure that the work was performed to our satisfaction. John is honest, a creative mind and his staff are hard working and do excellent work. I would recommend Landscape Artistry to anyone.

The basic work done was fine. But they said they were done and requested final payment. But they had not reseeded part of the lawn or fixed a gravel walkway which was all in the original aggreement. I called (they were very hard to get a hold of) They did come out and fix the walkway, but they just put grass seed over the old grass and weeds, so one section of my "new yard" is essentially grass and weeds like it was before. I chose this company based on other glowing reports from Angie's List. Don't know why I had such a different experience.

I got Landscape Artistry's name off of your page and my husband and I feel like we hit the jackpot! He transformed our ugly farm backyard, complete with a propane tank, vegetable garden, barb wire fencing and shop, into a colorful, beautiful, tasteful, decorative, comfortable oasis. The tank and field are covered with evergreens, the new larger patio is surrounded with color for every season including beautiful roses, trees, azaleas, annuals, lilies, crape myrtles, begonias, bushes of all kinds, etc. etc. etc. They built a rock flower garden area around a tree and placed boulders to look like they belonged there. He upgraded areas at no extra charge. I can't stop looking out our windows!! We even put him under the gun and unexpectedly requested the job be done in time for a wedding, weekend company and a Mothers Day gathering. He pulled it off with time to spare. I'm sure that was not easy considering the fact he had other jobs in progress. John always called ahead and told us when his crews (very respectful and courteous) would be arriving on our property, what they would be doing, when the dirt, plants, boulders, etc. would be coming, how long they would be working that day and to be sure and tell them if there was anything we wanted or needed. John came each day to check on progress and talk with us. I believe all together it took his crew maybe 3 days to complete our large area. Before hiring anyone I saw a review on your page from someone saying that Landscape Artistry gave them more than what was promised. After hiring them I can vouch for that. We found more plants and areas covered than in our plan. Gifts from a generous heart. I never felt uncomfortable on the occasions when I was here by myself while his crews worked. They called me ma'am, kept their clothes on, there was no swearing, loud music or unprofessional behavior, which I have run into before. Their work is amazing and I don't think I ever saw them goofing off or in any area on our property that they didn't belong. Overall, I can't say enough about this company and when we decide to do another area I won't call anyone but John Gordon of Landscape Artistry.

John does a great job giving alternatives to stated concerns.

FANTASTIC!!! Even though we were a relative small job in big scope of things, Mr. Gordon and his crew treated us with great respect. Other than weather related incidences, they were punctual, polite, worked quickly, efficiently and did much more than we ever expected. If you are looking for a landscaper... John Gordon and his crew are the ones to call. Also look for his book, "The Lord and the Landscaper."
