Had to wait awhile for bid, then had to wait several weeks for the work to start, but worth waiting for. John and crew were professional, polite, neat and tidy, listened to my input and any concerns. Concrete work has held up well. I think the biggest complaint, if any, about JMC, is the wait. But that's kind of good news, because he's in demand due to the quality of his work.

The provider did a good job of finding doors and hardware similar to the originals, which dated from 1977, and staining the doors.
The estimate originally lumped materials and labor together into one grand total. But it seems to be standard practice to do this in Springfield. Also, on the estimate, the work (and cost) on the wallpaper repair was not separated from the work on the doors, so the final bill, including both, came as a bit of a shock. Part of that was because the wallpaper repair took a lot of time.
The quality of the work seemed adequate to good.

From start to finish, John Moody Construction produced quality work in a timely fashion. If you ever been involved in a renovation, you know that the schedule can be stretched due to unforseen circumstances. John Moody and his team worked around those issues and completed the project to a quality standard that I am most happy with and I have high standards.

They did an excellent job. They were perfectionists and he gave us some great ideas we would not have thought of. Our kitchen looks beautiful and we would highly recommend them.
