We wanted to have the same people each time, or at least have the opportunity to meet any new people and walk them through the house. Turnover made this almost impossible and communication was very poor. They never followed up to find out how we liked the cleaning or if they had missed anything. In addition, they were often late. We hung in there for 4 months, but finally had to find someone else.

Well the owner was there and she was participating and supervising and they were efficient, they were thorough but efficient and they were careful with my draperies.

I'm happy with the way they schedule when I have company coming and I need somebody to come different schedule than normal their flexible and responsive.



I have a house with a walk out basement and they charge me seventy five dollars to do the main floor and when I want add the basement they just do that didn't charge me much more to add the basement.



If I think there is anything I think they had missed before and I tell them about it their very very responsive about taking care of that and just very responsive to anything I specifically ask for.

We would give them the highest rating. They are very good. The price is right. We would use them again. We do actually use them once every few weeks. We use them on  regular basis.

We use them every month. It depends on who comes because she's got different employees and they come and go. They come in pairs. The last 2 who came here were excellent.
