They were efficient. Their price was reasonable. It was my wife who saw them work. The repair went good.

Original repair man could only locate the source of problem but did not want to pursue the extra copst for me and told me to cll another person who might be able to care for it. Having located the problem by his diagnosis the R and B (their new name because of the death of Jerry) went right to the timer, removed it saw the problem and took it back to the shop, repaired it and promptly brought it back and installed it, tested it and put everything back together neatly. Don't judge the book by the cover... these man knew his business.d away.

I CALLED THIS REPAIR MAN DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE ONE BEFORE HIM DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND COST 3 TIMES AS MUCH. THIS MAN WAS WAS GREAT. HE SPENT ALMOST 2 HOURS AT MY HOME THAWING OUT THE UNIT IN MY FREEZER THAT WAS A SOLID ICE BLOCK DUE TO A MALFUNCTIONING GUAGE. TOOK HIM TWO MINUTES TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. HE WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND CARING. HE TOLD ME TO CALL HIM IF I HAD ANYMORE PROBLEMS THAT HE STANDS BY HIS WORK. I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM SINCE. i WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MAN AND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.
