Janitor Jane Cleaning Services

Great, hired them on a bi-weekly basis...

We are very happy with the service provided by the Janitor Jane wonder-women. We are an elderly couple who really appreciates having this service come once a month. Everyone is friendly, very professional and they do a great job. They do it all, the whole house.. A to Z! The house looks and smells great when they leave. 
  I really appreciate how careful they dust! They treat all of my collectibles with same pride as I do. I really can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.

A couple of things were missed on their last visit and they were out the next day to make everything right.  They were very helpful and upbeat and just wanted to make sure we were happy.  We also received a follow-up call from the office to make sure all was taken care of, which was appreciated.  A great group to work with.

This was a newly purchased home with no furniture that I wanted professionally cleaned.... we were moving into this home and I wanted quality cleaning top to bottom.  I instructed the girls as to what I wanted, and I left the premises.  Apparently the very young inexperienced girls did not understand my expectations. I wanted a thorough cleaning, which I felt would be very easy to accomplish with no furniture or any items moved in yet.  I wanted wood floors swept and mopped, cobwebs removed, window sills cleaned, oven cleaned, drawers and cabinets cleaned, etc.  The home had been very well taken care of so it was not a major job.  When I returned the "girls" were laughing and talking about their weekend etc.  They did appear to be cleaning.....however upon inspection I found cobwebs, drawers not wiped down, oven not cleaned, and window sills not cleaned in rooms  they told me they were finished.  The house was only 2200 sq. ft.  I had been gone 4 hours.  I did call the company to express my concerns and they did come back at no additional charge. It was still my opinion the cleaning was not thorough the second time around. but I figured if by the second time it wasn't done properly it wouldn't be done any better a third time. I felt my time and money were wasted. 

It went better than expected. Didn't have to supply anything. They had all their own supplies and even purchased their own cleaner for the cleaning of the smokey apartment.

Overall, did not clean to expectations and did not respond to phone call about issues despite the fact that I gave extra money for the prompt service. This is the one positive thing I can say about the service.
