They were punctual and did show me the buildup of debris in my vents. They also were able to convince me that the chemicals they sprayed into the ductwork under pressure would keep the bacteria and mold down for several years. They took pictures of the work under the house so I could see how much cleaner it was after removing and replacing the old insulation that was hanging down and saturated with moisture. I was pleased until I learned much later that their photos didn't include the 1/4 of the area which had no insulation at all. Don't call this company. If you do, then make sure that you send someone under the house before you pay them to be sure they put insulation everywhere.

He explained why I needed it but failed to provide sufficient evidence of mold contaminents. He said before the service that he would show in detail my blower and AC coils before and after to demonstrate the improvement in condition. I have also learned since having this job done that it is very common to have the company snake a camera through the duct work to again show improvement. Overall, I cannot prove or disprove the quality of service because it was never proven to me - this leaves my suspicious.

Four guys (Adam, Denny. Darin, & Gil) came to do the job because they were headed to a larger job after cleaning our condo. Explained everything in detail. Persuaded with education rather than sales pitch. They were very thorough and inspected by lead when finished. We were happily satisfied with the team and their behavior.
