General Remodeling
The initial contact was fine. We agreed on what was to be done and a price for doing the work. I wanted someone with experience with drainage problems and thought they were qualified to do the job. Saturday morning they sent out 2 men that meant well but I do not think had ever done this kind of work before. And there was one supervising them. If anything I think they have made my problem worse. I have already spent hours finishing what they did and still have more to do. I paid someone to do this to get expertise and because I didn't want to do it myself. I do not feel like I received either.
