Had just moved to Springfield and needed to find a place for mani/pedi. The woman who did the work seemed more interested in chatting with other workers. She kept looking away as she clipped my cuticles, which made me very uncomfortable. Then several groups of customers arrived within a few minutes. From that point on, she acted as if the building was on fire and she had to finish rapidly. She barely finished shaping my nails, slapped on very thick layers of polish, and rushed me to the drying station. After 25-30 minutes, my nails still were not dry. I expressed some concern to another worker as I paid. The manager followed me into the parking lot and insisted I come back in, but I was not willing to spend any more time there. He followed me all the way to my car, trying to get me to come back another time for a free service. I would never go back. The shop is not very clean; I should have left as soon as I saw the place.
