I do not recommend this company. Last summer our old air conditioning system needed replacement. This company gave an estimate. The estimate included replacing all of our ductwork. They said ours was bad and had to be replaced. This was thousands of dollars on top of the new system. They also told us it wasn't possible to just replace the air. That we had to do both hearing and air. We had several other estimates from other companies. The other companies ALL said there was nothing wrong with our ducts. And they also offered to replace just the air not both systems. We ended up going with SS&B. About half the estimate of One hour. SS&B also sells Trane systems which are much more reliable according to consumer reports than what one hour sells. One hour did install and maintain our prior system (a York) for quite a number of years. But it was costly. There was always something wrong with it. Plus they were constantly trying to up sell us something. Never again!

Price turned out to be higher than what was competitive. Would no have went with them if it hadn't been an emergency situation. Installers showed up on time but took significantly more time to do the job then was estimated. Was told new unit would be quieter than old system, it is not. Significant noise from the return duct that the old system didn't have. Three weeks after install found that one of the duct under the house installed had a 6 inch hole ripped in it. Called to have it fixed and took two weeks to get a repair time scheduled. Scheduled day came and no one showed up. Sent complaint over email and got response 2 days later that they had made a mistake and would be out 4 days later to fix the issue. Second time they did show up and fix the issue. Installers were always professional but the company seems to generally disorganized and over priced. They also seem to push getting people agree to install quickly before they can shop around. 
 I would not recommend this company based on price alone.

The technician was very nice and did a clean job.  I also had a water heater leaking and he was pushy in replacing the same.  I may not use their services in future.

They went above and beyond to get my air fixed on the hottest day of the year! The company that installed the unit and gave a 5 year warranty on parts and labor left me high and dry and HOT.
