Excellent work and service

We got two estimates. They were roughly the same, but Hammer was able to do the work more quickly. We took the truck in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. The consultant who helped us and made the estimate was knowledgeable and let us know what to expect, and the office staff was pleasant. We were very pleased with the way the truck looked when it was returned to us.

We received two estimates. The other shop couldn't get to it for at least two weeks. Hammer's ordered it while we were there and it came in two days later. They completed the repairs the day it came in. The truck looks like new, the work was performed quickly and professionally, and we are satisfied with the job.

Hammers provided a quality repair to our vehicle. There was a problem with getting the part and it took longer than was originally expected. Hammers kept us updated on the progress and apologized for the delay in completing the repair. I would recommend Hammers for collision repair.

Got the car right in and out on schedule. Very professional and courteous.

Hammers gave us a very detailed estimate on the cost to repair out vehicle.They worked well with our insurance company; and kept us well informed. I had always heard good things about their service, and wasn't disappointed at all! Their work was excellent....couldn't find any evidence of the damage when they were finished.

They do high quality work., excellent painting, their technicians are really good as well as the people in their office.

Hammer's did a fantastic job with the repairs and the work was flawless. I couldn't have been happier with the shape our car was in after Hammer's worked on it. However, I was not so thrilled with the fact that I had to call them every few days for updates. Also, they ran a few days past the original estimated completion date and didn't call me to tell me. I had to call them to find out what the status was. Very pleased with the work but better proactive customer handling would be good.

My 2004 Lexus ES330 had some road rash over the years and a scratched passenger door from a rouge 2 year old on a tricycle. I dropped in for an estimate and was briefed by Neil about the required repairs. He gave me a written estimate, a drop-off date, and said it would take three days to do the work. Neil answered all my questions and concerns. All went as planned and the bill was exactly the same as my estimate. No surprises, and the car looked almost as new as the day I bought it. The people at Hammer's Autoworks are polite and professional. I also received a lifetime guarantee for the workmanship.

We took the van in for an estimate, then scheduled the repair to be done. They told us how long it would take, and it was ready when they said it would be. The damages were repaired and the back end of the van looks like it did when it was new. We didn't have the entire van painted, but you can't tell where the newly repaired area ends. On top of that, they detailed the inside of the van while it was there. We could not be more pleased with the result of the work that was done. Would definitely use this company again if we needed body work on a car!

For body work, my husband won't go to anyone but Hammer's Autoworks. They do an absolutely perfect job, just fantastic. They really are the best and everyone around here knows it. Hammer's is the best place to go and because we actually used them ourselves, we totally agree. They are fantastic. They are a little pricy but its worth it. If you get a heck of a price and you just hated the people, it isn't worth it. Just like throwing away your money. We would absolutely use them again. They are probably the only ones we would ever use.

They were excellent. They were very good price wise too, I think they were half of what the dealer wanted.

They were very friendly. When we dropped the car off, they even drove us home. Their pricing was very good. We got estimates from several other places that were double what Hammer's Autoworks charged. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
