They did a great job. They were prompt, professional, and came out the exact night for my emergency. They went above and beyond.

Provider obviously knew what needed to be done and did it - all at a fair price.

I asked the service technician to also bring and install a new weatherstrip which he agreed to do for the cost of materials only. He worked for a very long time to try to get one installed, but the door bottom was too damaged to complete the task. He did not charge me any additional fees for this and quoted me a very reasonable price to repair and install a new strip at a later date (he did not have the parts needed for the repair with him to do that day).
I highly recommend Jeremy Toth for any garage door repair or installation, he was prompt, professional and very knowledgable. Our garage door is not used every day (is on a detached shop) and is very old. He gave me a lot of information to help us extend the life of the door and came up with a very creative and inexpensive way to install an opener (which other name brand garage door companies had said was either not possible or quoted a price that was 3X more. He spent extra time and work above and beyond our original agreement and did not charge us for that. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Also talked with me about maintenance to those rollers and the spring that I can do to extend the life of each. Service tech (can't recall name now, but he owned the franchise that came out) could NOT have been a better representative for his company or Sears. Outstanding service all the way around.

The service technition came out to our home and inspected the dammage to the garage door and said they could order just the pieces we needed to replace the door is a sealed insulated door and just the door would have cost us around $300.00 and that is without the labor of having it installed just ordering the parts we needed saved us money and the door looks and works like new

They did an excellent job. This was my first time using their service. They were on time and got the work done in a timely manner. They were able to add the new garage door opener so it would work the way I wanted it to on short notice. There were no unexpected issues with the service, they did exactly what they said they would do. I would highly recommend them, they were great to work with.

The technician was outstanding. I was really satisfied with the work. He was well priced, courteous and professional. I wanted to hire him again and called the number he left which was disconnected. I called Sears afterwards for a seperate job. The technician who did the job was no longer at the company. I spent about 45 minutes trying to get the information about the technician and they gave me the same number which was disconnected. They were very unresponsive and could not connect me with the garage door department. I was very frustrated with working with Sears after the fact.

They did an excellent job. This was my first time working with them, we were very pleased with their service. I thought they were professional and we would definitely use them in the future. The price was also the best price of the estimates we received.

We called Jeremy Toth and he came out the same day, he was able to fix our door right away. We have used them before and we always recommend them to our customers, family and friends!
