This place is wonderful when it comes to those of us who aren't 100% up to speed on the inner workings of our vehicles. After the ABS system in my truck began malfunctioning, I took it to a local service shop. The folks at that shop quoted me an insance price, and thusly, i was referred to G L Moore. While they're known for their general care of vehicles, they did a great job on my automotive repair. The price for the parts and labor were much more reasonable and where I expected them. I had the privelage of speaking directly with the owner and he and the employees I dealt with had fantastic professionalism. Not to mention the building/lobby is immaculate. I hate taking my vehicle somewhere and when I walk in, it's like I've just stepped into a garage that hasn't been cleaned in 20 years.

Short wait time.

It was free, they didn't charge me. It was a good experience, they acted quickly and were very kind. They were very big on education, they would educate the customer about what was up with their vehicle. They would explain everything and go into detail. They found a few small problems and did what was needed and then didn't charge me. It was good.

We like to keep our cars for a long time due to the expensive nature of new cars and they have kept us on the road when we need service and tires. We have used them since 2004. It started with my truck which has over 100K miles. They have replaced items but they also tell me when things don't need to be replaced. They are quick to respond to calls and remember my name every time I go to the store. When my wife has car trouble or a flat they work her right in and give us a ride home. The staff at G.L. Moore is outstanding, the store is neat and clean and we have not had one bad experience.
