We had a problem with the trim and they had to come back and redo that since I wasn't happy with it. The guy that did it might not have been that experienced and I don't know, but I had a plumber come in for some other work and he wouldn't accept that trim, and they had to come back and redo it. They were nice and everything and redid it and it looks alright now. The quality is not perfect but I can live with it. I would probably use them again since their price was probably about as cheap as any other.
