Absolutely terrible lie after lie after lie . It was the worst experience I've ever had ! After four visits and outrageous fees still never fixed nothing but more problems. Won't communicate, extremely unprofessional ! Be very aware of the Jason he has real issues.

We have never received a dime from you and that would be just one of the reasons we didn't come back to your home. Secondly I can not send one of my employees to your home when you are threatening physical violence."

They came right away, and found a short in the wiring in minutes. Very professional and efficient. I will definitely use again! Outstanding work! Glad to know there are still reputable companies out there.

They have Rheem products and they have just a pretty good reputation for reliability and they had a decent price when they gave me a quote. They were following all the federal state guidelines for getting me rebates so that's why I use them. They're usually prompt and they get the work done quick and they took care of business.
