Discount Daves

Initially we had high hopes dealing with Discount Dave's with what we have heard in the past and how long they have been around. It started off with our sales rep sending out the wrong flooring to our house that we did not order. Then proceeded to tell us we made a mistake and that it was flooring that we ordered. Thus extending the job for a week until the new flooring came in where my wife and I lived out of our garage because of we had already moved the furniture for the flooring. Once the correct flooring came in, it looked great! Our sales rep (Josiah) forgot to take into account the transitions. Not once did he apologize to my wife or myself. When my Wife went to the store to pick out the transition colors Josiah rolled his eyes and said he did not want to deal with this. So my wife dealt with another salesperson that helped us out. From this point on I only dealt with Managers due to how disrespectful Josiah was to my wife and hard to deal with throughout the process. Once the transitions came in (extending the job another 2 weeks) they looked great in the house, but were damaged during the install. The installer left without checking so I called the manager to get it fixed. The installer who came out ended up calling my wife and I being rude to us on the phone made about why the manager was called. So I called for a new installer to come out to fix the transition. (added another week to the job). I am extremely unhappy with how long (1 month from start to finish) this job took to get done as well as the disrespectfulness of Josiah and the installer. The Manager Randy was great to deal with and was the only one that apologized during the whole process. I am still unhappy with the whole experience. I paid a ton of money to take away any headache during the project and what I got in return was the same headache as well as disrespect from the people we paid.
