Masonry Work
Did not replace stone but billed us for it. Did not show up on time, did not return phone calls. Stained mortar a different color than what is on the rest of house....told us it would fade but other people have looked at us and told us it should have been done correctly the first time he did it. He said he charged the going rate, but we found out it was about $160 more per hour than most stone masons charge. We told him he need to refund at least $3,000.00 of what he charged us, but he says he did the work he charged us for.
If I had gone outside and inspected the work he charged us for, I would not have paid him at that time.
